Keith Hill, founder of Bookkeeping Matters, has over 15 years of legal bookkeeping experience for Ontario law firms. He's PCLaw certified since 2013 and CosmoLex certified since 2020. Keith formerly taught Legal Accounting at George Brown College in Toronto and is a published author. Bookkeeping Matters offers bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting services.

Dorothy has over 25 years of working experience in large and small size law firms using PCLaw. Dorothy is well-versed in PCLaw, with extensive knowledge of Law Society regulations and experience with LSO audits. During her spare time Dorothy enjoys taking walks by the lake and spending time with her grandchildren.

Ervis has over 10 years’ experience in bookkeeping and accounting. He has strong knowledge in finance systems (SAP, Oracle Fusion, Sage Saari, Great Plains, AX). He obtained a Bachelor of Management, Finance & Accounting degree from the University of Douala (Cameroun) and is a CPA PEP Student (CPA Quebec). Ervis is bilingual; French and English.

As Teddy puts it, his job is to “humbly assist lawyers in their bookkeeping and accounting process”. His humility complimented by his professionalism and competency makes him great to work with. Teddy specializes in several different legal accounting software such as PCLaw, LEAP and CosmoLex. Teddy is also proficient in Xero and is a QBO ProAdvisor.

Francine has 17+ years experience as a bookkeeper; 15 of those years were in law offices. She is certified in PCLaw and has extensive trust accounting knowledge as well as experience in compliance with the Law Society. She is a "numbers person" who enjoys helping businesses with their accounting needs.

Evani has been meeting bookkeeping, accounting and taxation needs in Toronto for the past 10+ years. She is a chartered accountant from India and is in the process of transferring her degree to Canada. She is an expert with various accounting software, including, QuickBooks, SAP, Sage and Cosmolex. Evani is passionate about her profession and works with all clients in a patient and diligent manner.

With 10+ years’ experience as an Accounting and Financial Manager for law firms, Ruth has developed a passion for the legal accounting industry. Ruth specializes in bank reconciliations, billing, accounts payable, HST, payroll source deduction and more. She is proficient in PCLaw, QuickBooks, CosmoLex and Soluno. Ruth takes pride in solving complex bookkeeping matters.

Since 2014, Stacey-Ann has excelled in payroll, mastering software like ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian. Specializing in both standard and intricate procedures, she is now expanding into international and U.S. payroll practices. Furthermore, Stacey is pursuing a degree in payroll management.
