Bookkeeping Matters founder, Keith Hill, has been keeping books for law firms in Ontario for over 10 years. Keith's previous experience includes serving as the Professor of Legal Accounting at George Brown College. Emphasizing on Keith’s teaching expertise, Bookkeeping Matters is unique in our approach to servicing the legal community. In addition to providing bookkeeping services, we place strong emphasis on educating and empowering the solo-preneurs and smaller firms who want to be hands on in their bookkeeping process for logistical or budgetary reasons.

Janice Carty - Legal Bookkeeper / Client Services
Janice Carty is an enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly organized individual with all-round bookkeeping experience. Her core competencies include: managing accounts, maintaining a sales ledger, processing invoices, issuing regular statements and processing receipts, HST and Transaction Levy filing, in addition to month-end and year-end closings. She has strong attention to detail and a top level of commitment to completing all tasks accurately in a timely manner. Janice is well-versed in QBO and a variety of legal practice management software.
